Yoga + Mindfulness with Mrs. Rachel

I believe children deserve to be less anxious.

Let’s move together.

I believe children can learn to self-regulate.

Let’s breathe together.

I believe yoga can be silly and fun.

Let’s laugh together.

I believe yoga has the power to transform lives.

Let’s practice together.

Be a Warrior, not a Worrier!

Whether you've got a bendy body or feel stiff as a board, yoga and mindfulness with Mrs. Gibbons will help you relax your muscles and revitalize your spirit! During our time together we will focus on five elements of Little Flower Yoga: connect, breathe, move, focus, and relax in an open-minded space. We hope to cultivate a healthy body, quiet mind, open heart, and vibrant spirit!

Classes for All Ages

We cater to ages 2-18, it's never too early to start yoga!  We find our children are more focused, less fussy, and more centered after regular classes.

In-Person, Outdoor Classes

Enjoy the majesty of the park and get your kids some fresh air away from screens!  We have regular classes in Central Park.

Livestream Classes

Can't make it in-person?  No worries, we offer classes on Zoom.

Plan a Group Class or Birthday Party

Everything is better when shared, including yoga.

We can take classes up to 10 students!  Perfect for a birthday party, playdate, a class outing, or simply amongst good friends.  We help our little yogis calm down, but we also like to get a little silly with friends.

What is kids yoga?

In kids yoga, children have a non-competitive and secular way to move their body, connect with their breath and learn yoga poses through song, games, stories and crafts.

What are the five elements of kids yoga?

During each class we explore Little Flower Yoga's five elements: connect, breathe, move, focus, relax. Each class will begin and end with the same rituals.

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is paying attention to the here and now, with kindness and curiosity.
